Clauses and detailed rules of the campaign:

  1. Only Hong Kong residents who are 13 years old and older (holders of valid ID certificates of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) are eligible for taking part in this campaign. This campaign will be only organized in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  2. During the campaign, the usage of the promo code is unlimited. Each order is allowed to use the promotion once only.
  3. This campaign is applicable to both Home Channel/Customer and Office Channel/Customer.
  4. Rewards will be available in limited quantity. First come, first served.
  5. This campaign is inapplicable to water machines and any electronic coupons, including electronic water coupons, electronic beverage coupons and electronic coupons for water machines and barrelled water. 4.8L, 11.3L and 18.9L big barrels of water are excluded from this campaign.
  6. This campaign is inapplicable to credit account customers.
  7. The sponsor is SWIRE COCA-COLA HK LIMITED.
  8. The preference shall be calculated based on the final payment amount determined before the discount and use of the electronic coupon.

  10. New and old packings will be randomly distributed.
  11. The prizes must not be exchanged for cash or other prizes, preferences or services.
  12. The sponsor shall reserve the right of final decision in gift distribution.
  13. For orders placed in this campaign and those having exchanged for prizes, customers must not apply for refund or return. For the goods which have been damaged during delivery, the customers who have received the preference  may contact us within seven business days, and we will arrange for replacement.
  14. Once the customers take part in this campaign, it means that they accept, understand and agree to comply with the sponsor’s clauses and detailed rules regarding the campaign. If any customers violate any rules and commit any frauds, the sponsor shall be entitled to cancel their qualifications for receiving the prizes.
  15. In the event that any data submitted or entered by any participant, prize winner or sponsor is delayed, lost, illegible or destructed that they become invalid because of computers, networks, technologies or other reasons not attributable to the sponsor, the sponsor will not assume any legal responsibility, and for this, the participants or prize winners shall not raise any objection.
  16. Any customers who break rules of the campaign by any fraud, hacking or other illegal behaviours will be disqualified for participating in the campaign and/or winning the prizes. The sponsor shall reserve the right to file lawsuits against related participants or prize winners.
  17. Once the customers take part in this campaign, it means that they agree to be subject to the clauses and detailed rules about this campaign. If any customers violate any of such clauses or rules, the sponsor shall be entitled to cancel these customers’ qualification for participating in the campaign, and reserve the right to file lawsuits against any disruptive activities.
  18. The aforementioned clauses and detailed rules shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and interpreted by the sponsor. In case of any dispute, the sponsor shall have the right of final decision, and reserve the right to alter, update, terminate or cancel this preference, or modify related clauses or detailed rules without giving prior notice.
