List of winners will be published on Swire Coca – Cola HK e-Shop (https://www.swirecocacolahk.com/) on 6th June 2022 and as well on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.

1. Participants who wish to be part of Sprite No Sugar lucky draw will need to complete a successful purchase within the period of 9th May 2022 00:00:00 to 29th May 2022 23:59:59 that is over $220 and include two packs of “Sprite No Sugar” product in the cart (Please refer to Annex 1). Eligible participants will fall into the pool of the lucky draw automatically.
2. Each eligible transaction only has one chance for drawing for a prize, and each person is not restricted regarding how many times they participate in the campaign, provided that each home furnishing account opened in the e-Shop of SWIRE COCA-COLA HK LIMITED will only have one chance to win a prize.
3. The promotion period/purchase period shall extend from (00:00) May 9, 2022 to (23:59) May 29, 2022.
4. For any time and timing involved in this lottery campaign, those in the sponsor’s server system shall prevail, calculated from an integral point of time.

6. Only Hong Kong residents who are 18 years old or older (holders of valid ID certificates of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) are eligible for taking part in this lottery activity. This lottery campaign is only applicable to purchases of designated products of Coca Cola products from the e-Shop of SWIRE COCA-COLA HK LIMITED. There will be only one chance for drawing for a prize in each transaction. Each account opened in the e-Shop of SWIRE COCA-COLA HK LIMITED and each person is not restricted in terms of how many times they participate in the campaign.
7. The prize winners will receive a prize-winning notice from the sponsor in their registered email address. The prizes must be collected by the prize winners at the designated date and time.
8. The list of all prize winners will be published by Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on June 6, 2022. Anyone raising any doubt about the list of prize winners must dial our promotion hotline (2210 3311) within two business days after the publication date.
9. From May 9, 2022 to May 29, 2022, any participants who have any questions about this lottery campaign or encounter any problems in exchanging for prizes may contact the e-Shop of SWIRE COCA-COLA HK LIMITED by dialling the customer service hotline 2210 3311.
10. The prize winners shall perform acceptance check of the prizes on the spot and understand that the prizes shall not be replaced or returned. The prizes shall not be exchanged for cash or other gifts, transferred or resold. The sponsor will not provide any maintenance or repair service for the prizes. The prize winners shall agree to abide by all clauses and detailed rules about use of prizes indicated on the acknowledgement receipt and specified by the prize providers.
11. The participants shall bear all expenses incurred in drawing for prizes and exchanging for gifts in this campaign, including but not limited to internet access fees, telephone charges, travel expenses, food and beverage fees shall be borne by the participants.
12. The pictures of prizes are for reference only. Refer to the physical prizes received by the prize winners.
13. The sponsor or prize providers will not be responsible for any consequences incurred by receipt or use of any prizes. For the sake of fairness, the employees of the sponsor or the prize winner and their family members shall not take part in this lottery campaign.
14. For all data of the participants, those registered in the accounts in the e-Shop of SWIRE COCA-COLA HK LIMITED shall prevail. The sponsor shall assume no responsibility for any prize winners’ failure to receive the prize-winning notice or prizes resulting from untruthfulness, incompleteness or inaccuracy of their registered data.
15. To inquire about the registered or prize-winning data, the participants or prize winners shall contact us by their registered mobile phone number or email address, or else any other communications will not be accepted.
16. In the event that any data submitted or entered by any participant, prize winner or sponsor is lost, illegible or destructed that they become invalid because of computers, networks, technologies or other reasons not attributable to the sponsor in this lottery campaign, the sponsor will not assume any legal responsibility, and for this, the participants or prize winners shall not raise any objection.
17. Once the customers take part in this campaign, it means that they accept, understand and agree to comply with the sponsor’s clauses and detailed rules regarding the campaign. If any customers violate any rules and commit any frauds, the sponsor shall be entitled to cancel their qualifications for receiving the prizes.
18. The above clauses and detailed rules shall be interpreted by the sponsor. In the event of any dispute, the sponsor shall reserve the right of final decision.
19. The above clauses and detailed rules are prepared in English and Chinese. In case of any discrepancy or conflict, the Chinese version shall prevail.
20. The above clauses and detailed rules shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
