Quick steps to sanitise the water dispenser yourself
At Swire Coca-Cola HK, we are grateful for customers’ support towards our Bonaqua® Mineralized Water and water dispensers. In view of the escalating threats of the novel coronavirus infection, we recommend you to clean and disinfect water dispensers more frequently to protect your health and maintain hygiene.
If you wish to sanitise the water dispenser yourself, please follow the steps below:
1. Wash your hands before cleaning the water dispenser.
2. Clean the top of the dispenser (area surrounding carboy) with disinfecting wipes.
3. Clean the water outlet of the dispenser with mild detergent or disinfecting wipes, and then rinse it with clean water.
4. Remove the water basin of the water dispenser. Use mild detergent to clean the water basin, and then rinse it with clean water. Install the water basin back to its original position.
5. Drain a glass of water each from the cold water and hot water outlets before using the water dispenser.
