1. The Promotion period of the event is from now on to 26th September, 2025.
2. eShop customers who successfully purchase any product upon $399 or above, in a single transaction and before using any promo code at Swire “Coca-Cola” HK eShop ( https://www.swirecocacolahk.com/ ) from now on to 23:59 on 26th September 2025 ^* enter promo code [ESHOP6BDAY] to enjoy 20% off and participate in the lucky draw automatically.
3. The valid receipt date is from 25th August, 2025 to 26th September, 2025.
4. Participants must be over 18 years of age and Hong Kong permanent identity card holder only. If it is discovered during redemption that the winner is not over 18 years old or does not hold a valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Identity Card, his or her qualification to win the prize will be cancelled, and the winner will be replaced by an alternate winner.
5. This Promotion is only applicable for Household Customers, and is not eligible for Office Customers.
6. Special note to parents: The organizer earnestly fulfills its responsibility to protect the personal data of persons under the age of 18 in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. Sponsor will specifically instruct children not to provide personal information or attempt to register for this event.
7. Each Swire Coca-Cola HK eShop account can only win once at most.
8. Participants must be the member of Swire Coca-Cola HK eShop, each member has only one chance to win the lucky draw, but there is no limit to the number of entries.
9. Winners are required to keep the original e-receipt for future prize redemption and verification purpose. Participants must present an image of the receipt for registration. The receipt must clearly state the date and time of purchase, product name, quantity and amount of the product purchased. Any incomplete, reprinted, forged or damaged and photocopied receipts will not be accepted.
10. Swire Coca-Cola HK’s will not be responsible or liable for any data transmission delay, distortion, error and the loss thereby incurred.
11. Personal data provided by the participants are for the use of this Promotion only. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal (Privacy) Ordinance. Participants can provide their personal information at their free will. If the participant does not wish to provide the relevant information, the registration procedure will not be completed and will be regarded as void.
12. Participants must ensure the information provided is accurate. If there is any untruth, the organizer has the right to cancel their qualifications to participate or win the prize.
13. Registration is only available via Swire Coca-Cola HK eShop. By participating and submitting documents for registration in this Promotion, the participant agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the promotion and any decision the Company makes regarding this promotion.

15. Winners will be notified via email individually to claim the prize.
16. Winners must follow the instructions in the award notification letter to redeem their prizes. Failure to do so within the specified period will be considered a forfeiture, and no reallocation of prizes or compensation will be provided.
17. Winners can redeem their prizes at the Fortress retail store in Hong Kong mentioned in the award notification letter by presenting the redemption letter during the redemption period, except for the 9th Prize: Coca-Cola™ Limited Edition Smokeless Grill and the 13th Prize: Coca-Cola™ “Mini Ice Cream Maker.”
18. The 9th Prize: Coca-Cola™ Limited Edition Smokeless Grill and the 13th Prize: Coca-Cola™ “Mini Ice Cream Maker” will be delivered via courier service.
19. All images are for reference only. The real object should be considered as final.
20. All prizes are governed by the Terms and Conditions printed on the prizes and must be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as shown. Winners must understand that the prize cannot be exchanged, returned, redeemed for cash or other gifts, and transferred or resold. The Sponsor will not provide any maintenance or repair services for the prizes. Winners must agree to abide by the terms and conditions regarding prize use stated on the prize receipt and the prize supplier.
21. Staff, licensed/registered representatives of Swire Coca-Cola HK, advertising agency and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
22. Swire Coca-Cola Hong Kong has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw, the decision of Swire Coca-Cola Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
23. This lucky draw is held in Hong Kong. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each Eligible Participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
